Jewelry Returns: Conditions & Policy
Dzon.com will accept returns on jewelry within our Standard 30-day Return Policy. We will only accept items in new, unworn, and non-altered (including sizing) condition for return or refund. We thoroughly inspect all jewelry items before a refund is issued to you. If your item was damaged during shipping or you suspect possible tampering, please escalate via email at support@dzon.com immediately. Do not discard the box and/or packaging that your jewelry was shipped in. The carrier will inspect the box and/or packaging to maintain relevant records.
Please follow the instructions on how to return an item:
- Jewelry with a value of $100 or more should be sent separately, with only one item per package.
- Use a traceable shipping method. We will require and request a tracking number for each item shipped under returns.
- Insure items valued at $500 or more for their full value.
- UPS, FedEx, and USPS each have different tracking and insurance policies. For more details, please check with your preferred carrier.
- For security purposes, do not write anything on the outside of the package.
Refund Policy:
Returns received in EXCELLENT condition: 100% refund minus $10 inspection fee and shipping
- Returned within 30-days as per Return Policy
- New, unworn, and needs no refurbishing
- Arrived in new, undamaged, original box or case
- Complete with all original certificates and tags
- No evidence of sizing change, service, alteration, wear, or blemishes of any kind
Returns received in GOOD condition: 40% to 80% refund
- Returned within 30-days as per Return Policy
- Re-storable to "like-new" condition
- Arrived in new, undamaged, original box or case
- Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories
- Sizing, service, alterations, wear, or blemish of any kind that is not refurbish-able.
Returns received in FAIR condition: 20 to 40% refund
- Returned within 30-days as per Return Policy
- Non-refurbish-able cosmetic defects (e.g. scratched or scuffed gold plating/special finishes.
- Missing or damaged original box
- Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags
Returns received in POOR condition: NO Refund
- Returned within 30-days as per Return Policy
- Items do not match the original serial number or SKU number
- Missing original box or case
- Missing significant parts, links, or accessories
- Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags
